1. Introduction
1.1 For events in the UK – The event that you have submitted an application to attend or registration request for (“Event”) is organised and managed by PCS UK, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 8008729 and registered office at 61 Queen Street, London EC4R 1EB, London, United Kingdom.


1.2 For events in the EU – The event that you have submitted an application to attend or registration request for (“Event”) is organised and managed by PCS EU, a company registered in France with SIREN: 844 410 910 and registered office at 5 Rue de la Terrasse, 75017, PARIS, France.


1.3 References to “us” mean PCS, and references to “we” and “our” shall be construed accordingly. References to “you” mean the delegate attending the Event or the person completing the registration form on behalf of the delegate, as applicable, and references to “your” shall be construed accordingly.


1.4 All registrations for the Event are made subject to these terms and conditions, which shall apply to the exclusion of any terms imposed by you. Registration for an Event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions on your behalf and on behalf of any person for whom you are acting. A contract shall be deemed to have been made between you and us when confirmation of event registration has been issued.


1.5 These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice and at our sole discretion. We will notify you of amendments by posting them on either www.pcsmarket.org or the specific Event website operated by us.
1.6 If you have any queries regarding these terms and conditions, or if you have access requirements for an Event, please email: events@pcsmarket.org prior to submitting a registration form.


1.7 Unless otherwise stated, all PCS events are free to attend. However, registration is required, and places may be limited based on availability.

2. Bookings
2.1 To register for and attend an Event, you must submit a registration form via our website. Submission does not guarantee a place at the Event. We will confirm (or reject) your registration via email within 24 hours. All registrations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.


2.2 Bookings made through unauthorised sellers or platforms are invalid, and admission will be denied.


2.3 We and the venue provider reserve the right to refuse you admission or remove you from the venue in reasonable circumstances (e.g., anti-social behaviour or safety concerns). Security searches may be conducted. Items deemed dangerous or disruptive may be confiscated. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband will be refused entry or removed and may be prosecuted.


2.4 We reserve the right to convert the Event to a digital format if holding a physical event is no longer viable.


2.5 There is no cost to attend the Event. PCS will never request payment as a condition of registration or attendance. Any communication suggesting otherwise should be reported to events@pcsmarket.org.

3. Cancellations
3.1 Cancellations by You – Although attendance is free, we ask that you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the Event by notifying us at events@pcsmarket.org, so we can reallocate your place.


3.2 Cancellations by Us – While we aim to deliver the Event as advertised, we reserve the right to alter content, date, timing, format, location, or speakers. You will be notified of any changes. In the event of cancellation, you may be offered attendance at an alternative PCS Event, subject to availability. We will not be liable for costs incurred due to changes or cancellations, as outlined in Section 7.


3.3 We accept no liability for changes or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Substitutions
4.1 You may request that a substitute attend in your place, provided you notify us at least 14 days in advance and supply their name via events@pcsmarket.org.

5. Attendance
5.1 You must comply with all instructions from venue staff and stewards, and adhere to safety guidance, signage, and regulations (e.g., No Smoking areas). Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event.


5.2 Promotional, marketing, or sponsorship materials must not be distributed at the Event unless authorised. Exchanging business cards is permitted.


5.3 Please be aware that the Event may be photographed and/or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes by PCS. If you do not consent to being photographed or filmed, you must notify the PCS events team in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the Event by contacting events@pcsmarket.org.


5.4 PCS is committed to an inclusive and respectful environment. Harassment will not be tolerated. All attendees must adhere to the PCS Code of Conduct. Unacceptable behaviour may result in removal without refund and future blacklisting from PCS events.

6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 We shall not be liable for:
(i) loss of profit, data, savings, reputation, or goodwill;
(ii) indirect, special, or consequential damages.


6.2 Personal arrangements (e.g., travel, accommodation) are made at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss resulting from cancellation or change to the Event.


6.3 We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses at the Event unless due to our negligence. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.


6.4 You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates against any losses, claims, or expenses arising from your actions (or those of your delegates) in connection with the Event.


6.5 We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control. Obligations will be deferred for a reasonable time in such cases.

7. Copyright Notice
7.1 All trademarks, logos, presentations, data, and Event materials (“Custom Materials”) are owned by PCS or used with permission. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without prior written permission.


7.2 Custom Materials are provided “as is,” without warranties. We disclaim liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or unlawful content. We accept no responsibility for losses arising from reliance on these materials.


7.3 By agreeing to these terms, you consent to:
(i) Custom Materials being shared with attendees and sponsors after the Event (subject to rights permissions);
(ii) Custom Materials being used in future PCS marketing.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, notify the PCS Events Team in writing at least 5 working days prior to the Event.

8. Privacy
8.1 Information collected during registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


8.2 If registering on someone else’s behalf, you confirm that you have their permission to share their information.

9. General
9.1 We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without affecting your rights.


9.2 These terms represent the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior arrangements, whether oral or written.

9.3 You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement not expressly included in these terms.


9.4 These terms do not create any partnership or agency relationship between us.


9.5 We may communicate with you via email or website notices. You agree that this satisfies legal notice requirements.


9.6 For UK Events – These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


9.7 For EU Events – These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
